Street Eats London, a favorite foodie blog, featured SUSHISAMBA’s Asháninka menu in December, inspired by and using ingredients that have been grown in the Peruvian rainforest by the Asháninka themselves, Peru’s largest indigenous group.

100% of net profits from this special menu is being donated directly to Cool Earth, an NGO that works together with indigenous villages to halt rainforest destruction.
